Excellent customer service. Our package got delayed because of customs clearance issues. Since it got delayed, Oorla resent the entire order free of cost. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Plantain chips were great. The jackfruit chips were hard. Didn't like those. Have tasted jackfruit chips in Mangalore earlier, which have been soft & enjoyable.
